Access passes to the Paddock Club and restricted areas are issued exclusively by Formula 1, the circuit, or the relevant hospitality rights holders — they are not available through a chauffeur or DMC service. What Luxentis DMC manages is the journey to the correct entry gate and the coordination of return transport in accordance with the client's programme schedule. If you hold Paddock Club passes and need coordinated transport, we can plan the access logistics accordingly.

Yes, but exclusively for executive, VIP, and corporate clients — not as a general festival shuttle service. Luxentis DMC provides airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-festival coordination for artist management teams, brand hospitality delegates, label executives, and premium ticket holders who require professional ground transport rather than festival shuttle buses. Service covers both weekends (17–19 July and 24–26 July 2026). Pickups are available from Brussels Airport, Antwerp, Brussels city hotels, and surrounding areas. We do not operate to general festival parking areas or high-density festival transport zones.

The Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix (July 17–19) and Tomorrowland's first weekend (July 17–19) overlap exactly in 2026. This is exceptional peak demand across Belgium. Clients attending either event during this weekend should book as early as possible. For clients needing transport to both events — for example, arriving in Belgium for both — itinerary coordination is possible with advance planning. We do not recommend leaving July 17–19 logistics to last-minute booking in 2026.

The FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 takes place at the Belfius Hockey Arena in Wavre, Belgium (August 14–30).
