F1 Belgian Grand Prix
Chauffeur Service
Spa-Francorchamps
The N62 backs up from 8am on event days. Hospitality groups that arrive late at Spa don't miss a transfer — they miss the experience the agency sold them. Luxentis manages executive chauffeur and full ground operations for the Belgian GP, for agencies and corporate sponsors that cannot afford improvisation. NDA before briefing. White-label execution as standard.

What this event actually requires.
Traffic — N62 vs. Stavelot
The N62 from Liège to Spa-Francorchamps is the default spectator route and backs up from approximately 8am on Friday and Saturday. Race Sunday adds 3–4 hours. We route all guests via Stavelot as standard — 60 to 90 minutes faster on event days.
Access Restrictions
The circuit perimeter implements rolling access closures during qualifying and race start. Our schedule maps all FIA closure windows. Vehicles attempting direct circuit access outside approved windows are turned back. We plan around this — not through it.
Parking & Staging
Client vehicles are not parked in general spectator lots. We use pre-contracted staging zones in Stavelot village and the circuit's hospitality access roads, with rolling dispatch and staggered departures for multi-vehicle programmes.
Hotel Lead Times
Hotels within 30 minutes of the circuit book out 12–18 months in advance for the Belgian GP. Confirm accommodation well before briefing us on ground operations. We structure the vehicle programme around confirmed hotel locations.
Full-Day Disposal Recommended
For principal guests, sponsors and delegations requiring schedule flexibility throughout the race weekend, full-day disposal is strongly recommended over point-to-point transfers. Race schedules change constantly — a disposal vehicle absorbs all of this.
FBO & Helicopter Notes
Liège Airport FBO handles the majority of private aviation traffic for the Belgian GP. Helicopter access to Spa-Francorchamps is subject to FIA airspace restrictions confirmed race-by-race. We verify helicopter feasibility during the scoping call.
B2B only. White-label as standard.
Luxentis operates B2B only. We do not take retail bookings for the Belgian Grand Prix, and we do not appear in end-client communications.
For hospitality agencies, we provide white-label ground operations under a mutual NDA — all documentation issued under your agency reference. Rate structures are net B2B, structured to accommodate your commercial margin. Consolidated invoicing with a complete movement log for your client reporting.
For corporate travel managers coordinating sponsor programmes, we integrate directly with your event logistics team, operate to your confirmed guest list, and provide the same post-event movement audit trail your programme reporting requires.
NDA before any briefing. Full confidentiality from first contact. Zero public trace.
White-label only. Your brand is the only one visible to your end client. Always.
