What this event actually requires.
Traffic & Access Management
Boom's road network reaches saturation on peak festival days. Standard GPS routing fails to account for temporary road closures, event-specific access corridors and VIP drop-off lane protocols. Our drivers use pre-briefed routing updated daily from on-site coordination.
VIP & Dream Villa Access
Tomorrowland's VIP zones and Dream Villa accommodation have specific vehicle access protocols that differ from general spectator zones. We coordinate drop-off and collection in line with the access credentials held by the client.
Helicopter Access
Helicopter access to Tomorrowland during the event is subject to the organiser's aviation management for each edition. Where confirmed as available, we coordinate ground-to-helipad and helipad-to-festival transfers as part of the full programme.
Late-Night Availability
Festival events run late. Our full-day disposal service covers late-night returns as part of the day rate within the operating zone. Drivers remain on standby until the client is confirmed returned to their hotel.
Advance Booking
Executive vehicle availability in the greater Antwerp region during Tomorrowland weekend is significantly constrained. We recommend confirming ground operations requirements 45 to 60 days before the event period.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotels in Antwerp and Brussels are the most practical base for Tomorrowland. We do not manage accommodation booking, but structure the vehicle programme around confirmed hotel locations provided at briefing.
